Role & responsibilities
- Excellent Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities is a must. CPQ knowledge is preferred.
- Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
- Develop and contribute to standard documentation and knowledge bases.
- Interface with all areas of the business from planning & ops/sales leadership.
- Own Ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation building.
- Integration Knowledge: Work with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Salesforce Application support experience; ability to handle bug fixes/clean data.
- End to End project experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams
