The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the companys trading portfolio while ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Requirements:

Educational:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or Masters in Energy Management (preferred).

Experience:

- 5+ years in power trading, energy markets, or the power sector.
- Proven experience with IEX/PXIL trading platforms.
- Experience in business development and managing trading operations.

Technical Skills:

- Solid understanding of the Indian power market and regulatory frameworks.




- Proficiency in financial analysis and market forecasting tools.
- Knowledge of risk management in energy trading.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of renewable energy markets.
- Familiarity with CERC/SERC regulations.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
