Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal audits, reviews, and assessments to identify areas of improvement in business processes and operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IFC controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvements, reducing risks and increasing efficiency.
- Provide risk advisory services to management on strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in internal audit or a related field such as IFC consulting.
- Solid understanding of internal financial control (IFC) principles, regulations, and standards (e.g., SOX).
- Experience with SOP development and implementation; ability to create clear documentation.
- Proven track record of successfully executing projects from start to finish.
