Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain GoHighLevel CRM solutions.
- Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and websites using GHL.
- Create and manage workflows, triggers, campaigns, and automation.
- Configure pipelines, opportunities, calendars, forms, surveys, and memberships.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom integrations.
- Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API-based integrations where required.
- Configure email, SMS, voicemail, and WhatsApp automation.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.




- Maintain documentation and ensure platform best practices are followed.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel).
- Strong understanding of GHL CRM, pipelines, workflows, and automation.
- Experience building funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, and websites in GHL.
- Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, Zapier, and Make (Integromat).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic custom coding.
- Experience with email marketing, SMS automation, and campaign management.
- Understanding of CRM implementation and sales processes.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
