We are seeking a Senior Alteryx / Informatica Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade data integration and workflow automation solutions. In this role, you will work at the heart of our data pipeline ecosystem, transforming raw data from multiple source systems into clean, governed, and analytics-ready datasets.

The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on proficiency in both Alteryx and Informatica platforms with a robust understanding of financial data structures, enabling them to build pipelines that are technically sound and compliant with data governance and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

- ETL and ELT Development: Design, develop, and optimize complex data workflows using Alteryx Designer and Informatica PowerCenter or IDMC, handling full-cycle data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Pipeline Architecture: Architect scalable, reusable data pipeline frameworks that support both batch and near-real-time processing across banking data domains.
- Data Quality Engineering: Embed data quality rules, validation checks, and exception handling into pipeline logic, ensuring data delivered to downstream consumers meets defined accuracy and completeness standards.
- Source System Integration: Integrate data from a variety of source systems including core banking platforms, general ledger systems, flat files, databases, and cloud APIs.
- Performance Tuning: Profile and optimize existing workflows for speed, memory efficiency, and scalability, particularly when handling large-volume financial datasets.
- Metadata and Lineage Documentation: Maintain workflow metadata, input-to-output mappings,



and lineage documentation to support data governance and audit requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Architects, Data Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready pipeline logic.
- Workflow Automation and Orchestration: Configure, schedule, and monitor production jobs using enterprise orchestration tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, Airflow, or Alteryx Server/Gallery), ensuring robust error handling and alerting mechanisms.
- CI/CD and Version Control: Implement and adhere to rigorous version control practices (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) for all ETL/ELT deployments, supporting seamless code promotion across Dev, QA, and Production environments.

Core Requirements

- Experience: 6+ years in ETL/ELT development, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in both Alteryx Designer and Informatica (PowerCenter or IDMC).
- Alteryx Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Alteryx workflow design including macro development, batch processing, and Alteryx Server scheduling.
- Informatica Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Informatica mappings, sessions, workflows, transformations, and PowerCenter repository management.
- SQL and Database Skills: Advanced SQL skills across Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata for data extraction, profiling, and validation.
- Cloud Integration: Experience integrating on-premises and cloud data sources using Informatica Cloud (IICS) or Alteryx Connect.

Financial Domain: Familiarity with banking data structures such as GL accounts, journal entries, loan origination, or regulatory reporting datasets
