About the Role:

As a Digital Program Manager, you will spearhead our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless program management and execution. Your role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery. This is a permanent, high-impact position that demands strong leadership and strategic oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to drive projects forward.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
- Track internal and external deadlines to ensure timely execution.




- Coordinate and manage dependencies with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively to provide clarity on project statuses to team members and management.
- Facilitate and lead meetings such as planning sessions, project tracking, retrospectives, and weekly sync-ups.
- Create comprehensive release reports and other necessary documentation.
- Identify problem areas and partner in defining and implementing recent processes.

Requirements:

- 12-16 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, and Agile Coaching.
- PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive consensus within diverse teams.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Adobe products is a plus.
