Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients for BPO setup and outsourcing services.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, market research, and references.
- Connect with CXOs, Business Heads, Operations Heads, and HR leaders.
- Understand client requirements and provide BPO staffing solutions.
- Manage client relationships and drive business growth.
- Handle proposals, commercials, negotiations, and sales pipeline.
