Role & responsibilities

- Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer, with a focus on Service Cloud OMS.
- Strong experience configuring process flows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and data models.
- Extensive experience with the Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
- Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and other programmatic tools.
- Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party systems.
- Experience working effectively within an Agile team environment.
- Valuable exposure to the Salesforce partner community and ecosystem.
- Ideally, you will also have experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
