We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Finance professional for a leading multinational manufacturing organization

The role will be responsible for financial reporting, plant finance, costing, compliance, audits, working capital management, and inventory controls across multiple manufacturing plants

The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to large-scale manufacturing operations, ERP-based finance systems (Oracle preferred), and Ind AS / IFRS reporting environments

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting, MIS, and Internal Controls

- Manufacturing Costing Variance Analysis

- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning

- GST, Income Tax, Statutory, Internal, Tax Stock Audits

- Coordination with Big 4 Auditors and Corporate Finance Teams

- Working Capital Cash Flow Management

- Inventory Control, Valuation Reconciliation

- Multi-Plant Finance Operations Management

- Compliance with Ind AS and IFRS Reporting Standards





- Oracle ERP-based Finance Operations Reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA / CMA / CFA qualification is mandatory

- 12 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance

- Experience in Automobile / Auto Ancillary industry preferred

- Strong exposure to multiple plant operations

- Experience in large-scale manufacturing organizations preferred

- Strong knowledge of Costing, Compliance, Audits, and Financial Controls

- Exposure to Ind AS / IFRS reporting frameworks

- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
