Sales & Business Performance

- Drive sales growth and profitability across all SIS locations.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
- Develop action plans to improve productivity and conversion.
- Analyze business trends and recommend growth initiatives.

Operations Management

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all SIS counters.
- Maintain SOP compliance across all locations.
- Monitor stock availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, and develop SIS store teams.
- Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Coach teams on sales techniques and customer service.
- Manage attendance, scheduling, and workforce productivity.

Visual Merchandising

- Ensure brand guidelines are implemented consistently.
- Maintain product displays, fixtures, and promotional setups.
- Execute seasonal launches and marketing campaigns.

Retail Partner Management

- Build strong relationships with partners.
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate on promotional activities and business growth opportunities.





Inventory & Loss Prevention

- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock health.
- Conduct periodic audits.
- Reduce shrinkage and inventory losses.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare MIS reports on sales, inventory, productivity, and profitability.

Budget & Cost Control

- Manage operational budgets.
- Optimize manpower and operating costs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.

Experience

- Min 12 Years of experience in LFR, SIS & MBO Operations in Apparel/Fashion
