Job Title: Delivery Lead -FPA COE

Candidate Expectation and Roles Responsibilities:

- 25+ yearsexperience in similar role.
- Drive performance management and forecasting.
- Manage the preparation of the companys budget and rolling forecasts Analysis of actuals, targets, variances and forecasts Monthly and quarterly
- Should have strong experience in variance analysis Actuals to Budget, Actuals to Forecast etc., Monthly accruals and prepayments Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Support decision making process at operational level with the area managers and department heads. Reporting: internal external, KPIs/Scorecard, benchmarking/ variances
- Consolidate and interpret companys financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
- Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances Engage in ongoing cost efficiency in all areas of the company.
- Should have experience in MIS reporting.Transformation led Processes, Business value driven , Gen AI implemented
- Overall responsibility for managing operations of a group of sub processes within a Tower.
- Manager of individual Team Leads within various sub processes.



Ensure delivery of agreed deliverables as per agreed timelines while meeting SLA and Compliance requirements.
- Report on SLA for the group of sub processes, analyse performance issues and take appropriate actions to ensue SLA are met.
- Report on daily performance on SLA and proactively report on root causes, corrective action and support required First point of contact for offshore team queries from phase onwards and supervising daily operations. Hire right talent for the team to ensure Deliverables of the right quality.
- Ensure to have right talent in the Team by arranging Trainings To ensure scope of work is closely monitored and any change in scope of work (addition/deletion Change requests are being taken to Tower Lead).
- Ensure SOPs are up to date with current practices as defined Proactively identify issues and escalate if required.
- Candidates will be required to demonstrate, and role model Values: Agility to work in a matrix, complex and fast paced environment.

- Experience of rapid paced, matrix multinational environment.
