Roles & Responsiblities :

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (approx. 70%) to candidates for screening and engagement
- Explain roles, assess candidate suitability, and gauge interest over calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
- Regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support business development and client communication activities when required
- Maintain accurate candidate and call tracking records in internal systems
- Knowledge, qualifications, and experience
- Essential skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in calling
- Background or exposure in Business Development, Sales, or Client Interaction
- Willingness to work in US shift timings
- Robust listening, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing (training will be provided)
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive and learning-oriented approach
