About the Role

Compunnel is looking for a creative and innovative Senior Executive – Design to join our Marketing team. If you're passionate about graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and leveraging AI-powered creative tools, this role is for you.

You will create engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand communications while using the latest AI design tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Create engaging videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form content for various digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to transform ideas into compelling visual campaigns.
- Use AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, etc.) to improve design efficiency and content production.
- Develop reusable templates and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends,



AI tools, and creative technologies.
- Support UI designs for landing pages and campaign microsites whenever required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro

- Hands-on experience with Figma.
- Experience using AI design/video tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Ability to create motion graphics and video content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or corporate marketing team.
- Experience designing for social media and performance marketing campaigns.
