- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Reconcile GSTR-2B, GSTR-2A, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B with books of accounts.
- Verify purchase and sales invoices for GST compliance.
- Assist in Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and maintenance of GST records.
- Prepare GST workings, tax calculations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in responding to GST notices by compiling required data and documents.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, e-way bills, e-invoices, and other statutory records.
- Pass accounting entries in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Coordinate with clients/vendors for pending documents and reconciliations.
- Support the team in GST audits, departmental proceedings, and compliance assignments.
- Conduct basic research on GST provisions, notifications, circulars, and case laws.
- Perform other accounting and taxation-related tasks assigned by senior professionals.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter,



CMA Inter, CS, MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of GST, Accounting, and Tally/ERP.
- Valuable command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn taxation and accounting.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Familiarity with the GST portal and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
