About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IDAM Engineer with expertise in SailPoint and Saviynt to join our dynamic team. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Identity and Access Management solutions within a collaborative tech-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing identity security systems, ensuring secure and efficient access management across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint and Saviynt platforms.
- Develop and maintain Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) frameworks to ensure compliance and security.
- Configure and manage IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) environments.
- Implement and oversee Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML)



processes and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems.
- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and Access Certification reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate provisioning systems with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
- Develop and support Java and BeanShell scripts for custom identity management solutions.
- Utilize REST APIs and SQL for data integration and reporting.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow, Okta, and CyberArk teams for seamless security processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on SailPoint and Saviynt.
- Proficiency in IAM, IGA, IDAM solutions, and their integration with enterprise systems.
- Robust knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
- Experience with Java, BeanShell, REST API, and SQL.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Okta, and CyberArk.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in IAM or related technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing RBAC and SoD frameworks.
