Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate B2B Vertical (Online Execution)

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role:

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented professionals to manage and execute

online Olympiad exams across partnered schools. The role demands strong

coordination with school authorities, efficient handling of online exam logistics, and

ensuring a seamless experience for both students and schools.

If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for

organizing digital operations this is the perfect role to launch or grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:

School Engagement & Execution

* Conduct 15+ online Olympiads per month across schools.

* Drive participation of over 4,000+ students every month.

* Coordinate with principals, teachers, and school coordinators for smooth

scheduling and execution.

* Provide timely communication, reminders, and post-exam follow-ups.

Online Link Management & Monitoring

* Share exam links, login credentials, and guidelines with schools and students.

* Monitor live exams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruptions.





* Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve connectivity or access

issues.

* Collect and verify participation data, screenshots, and attendance reports post-

execution.

Coordination & Reporting

* Collaborate with the offline and central operations teams for scheduling and

reporting.

* Plan and confirm school slots to ensure timely execution.

* Maintain detailed records of executed schools, participation numbers, and exam

reports.

Key Requirements:

* Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) are welcome.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

* Basic understanding of online tools and platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom,

and Google Forms.

* Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* Graduate (B.Tech preferred); MBA is an added advantage.
