Roles & Responsibilities

- Review Telugu-language video and audio content for compliance with client and platform guidelines.
- Create, edit, and synchronize Telugu subtitles and closed captions with high accuracy.
- Perform quality checks (QC) on subtitles, captions, and content to ensure linguistic and technical accuracy.
- Ensure correct Telugu spelling, grammar, punctuation, and contextual meaning across all deliverables.
- Transcribe Telugu audio content accurately while maintaining the original intent and context.
- Identify, flag, and escalate content that does not meet compliance or quality standards.
- Apply client-specific Standards & Practices (S&P;) guidelines consistently across assigned projects.
- Conduct research to verify spellings, terminology, character names, cultural references, and translations.




- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while adhering to turnaround timelines.
- Maintain accuracy across different Telugu accents, dialects, and speech patterns.
- Collaborate with managers and internal teams to resolve language, subtitle, or compliance-related queries.
- Follow established workflows, SOPs, and quality standards for content delivery.
- Ensure subtitle timing, formatting, and synchronization meet platform specifications.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, sound judgment, and consistency while reviewing high volumes of content.
- Continuously learn and adapt to current tools, workflows, and client requirements through training.
