Role & responsibilities

- Overall responsible for complete HR operations by partnering with recruitment team and Business Partners
- Maintain a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to provide accurate and timely information related to employees at all times by conducting all types of employee records updation activities
- Makes welcome call to offered candidates to do correct expectation setting prior to his joining IndiaMART and to ensure that the candidate has the mandate requirement for joining us.
- Connects with employees during the early life at IndiaMART and captures the detailed feedback.
- Works on the data for insights and key initiatives which can be derived basis the employee feedback.




- Assist in communicating company policies and procedures to promote an understanding amongst the employees and foster a working environment which is conducive through effective employee relations activities.
- Resolves employee queries by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; escalating (opening tickets and resolving them) for unresolved problems.
- Shares the employee feedback data regularly with the stakeholders .
- Conduct reference checks personal and professional for all current hires .
