Role Purpose:

The Team Leader Mortgage (Home Loans) will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, ensuring employee productivity, maintaining source relationships, and driving overall efficiency across the assigned geography. The role requires robust leadership, team management, and sales execution skills, along with the ability to motivate and engage team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Area / Geography Mapping

- Allocate and manage assigned geographies at the team level.
- Work closely with team members to ensure effective area coverage and business generation.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of area mapping progress and share reports with superiors.

2. Source Relationship Management

- Build and manage strong relationships with all business sources within the assigned geography.
- Ensure consistent engagement with sourcing partners to maintain business flow.

3. Joint Calls & Sales Execution

- Conduct daily joint calls with team members, including source visits and customer sales calls.
- Provide on-field support and guidance to team members to close deals effectively.

4. Channel Partner Recruitment & Management

- Identify, empanel,



and manage new channel partners to enhance business sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure partners are trained and aligned with company processes and targets.

5. Team Management & Engagement

- Conduct daily team huddles to discuss performance, challenges, and daily targets.
- Review team members performance through regular check-ins, process reviews, and reports.
- Ensure implementation of the sales process, LMS process, and maintenance of daily activity diaries.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams on logged-in loan applications.
- Keep the team updated on loan status and resolve process bottlenecks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / Postgraduate with 4-8 years of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan Sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate, train, and lead a team.
- Knowledge of local markets and channel partner network preferred.
