Key Responsibilities

- Create complex visual reasoning problems based on authentic industrial and engineering artifacts.
- Develop tasks that require multi-step reasoning, analysis, troubleshooting, design interpretation, planning, or decision-making.
- Ensure that the visual artifact is essential to solving the problem and that the task cannot be answered from text alone.
- Design questions that emphasize structural, spatial, functional, and systems-level reasoning rather than simple visual lookup or OCR.

Semiconductor Engineering

- Chip architecture diagrams
- SoC block diagrams
- RTL and dataflow diagrams

Requirement

- 2+ years of professional experience in engineering simulation, modeling, digital twins, computer-aided engineering (CAE), verification, validation, or system design involving the interpretation of real-world technical artifacts.




- Strong understanding of engineering documentation and professional technical artifacts.
- Ability to interpret complex diagrams, drawings, schematics, layouts, and system representations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
- Ability to explain engineering reasoning in a structured and detailed manner.
