Location: Noida, East Delhi, Ghaziabad Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise daily field operations across Noida, East Delhi, and Ghaziabad.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and service-level agreements.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate field data, reports, and attendance records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline field workflows and reduce delays.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Performance Metrics

- Timely completion of field tasks and assignments.
- Accuracy and quality of field data and reporting.
- Efficiency in issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Education: No formal qualification required.
- Experience: Prior experience in field operations or coordination roles preferred (training will be provided).

Working Conditions

- Combination of field and office work; regular travel across Noida, East Delhi, and Ghaziabad.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month + Incentives.
