Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Email and Social Media platforms.
- Respond to customer concerns accurately and professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Escalate cases to the appropriate authorization level whenever required.
- Maintain service quality and meet the committed SLA targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while adhering to process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Valuable comprehension and email drafting skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.

Job Details

- Position: Assistant Manager ORM
- Process: Axis Banking Process (Blended)
- Location: Noida Sector 128 (Axis House)
- Salary: 2.8 LPA CTC (Approx. 24,000/month in hand + Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) twice a year)
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Office
- Working Days: 5.5 Days (Rotational Week-offs)
- Shift: Rotational (Day Shift for Female Employees)
- Transport: Shuttle facility available from Okhla Bird Sanctuary and Golf Course Metro Stations
- Cab Facility: Not Available
