We are currently hiring for Purchase role for Innovatiview India Ltd for Noida sector 127 location.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement and vendor management.

The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end purchasing activities, maintaining vendor relationships, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials/services. The role also requires strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for MIS reporting, data management, and purchase tracking. The ideal candidate should be flexible and open to field work/vendor visits whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement.

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, MIS reports, and trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.

• Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.





• Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements and approvals.

• Follow up with vendors regarding delivery schedules, payments, and quality concerns.

• Conduct market research to identify recent suppliers and procurement opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and processes.

• Visit vendor locations/site locations whenever required for coordination and material follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

• Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets .

• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Strong analytical and coordination abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

• Open to field work and vendor/site visits as required.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelors degree
