Seeking a CA qualified with strong expertise in Financial Statement Accounting (FS Accounting) and project management to lead accounting initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage FS Accounting projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Drive process improvement and reporting excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong FS Accounting and Financial Reporting experience.
- Knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and accounting controls.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Exposure to finance transformation or process improvement projects.
