Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced R2R (Record to Report) Core Consultant with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting processes and ERP implementation/support projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Month-End Closing, Financial Reporting, and reconciliation processes.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working in implementation, support, or transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end R2R processes including General Ledger, Journal Entries, Accruals, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Support audit activities and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Participate in ERP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Hands-on experience in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Journal Entries
- Bank Reconciliation
- Fixed Assets Accounting
- Intercompany Accounting
- Financial Reporting
- Month-End Closing

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
