Key Responsibilities

- Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning aligned to company growth targets.
- Drive unit economics and margin discipline across B2R, B2C, and Field Sales, partnering directly with business heads.
- Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance across Maharashtra and UP tax, ROC, labour law.
- Manage treasury, working capital, cash flow, and banking relationships.
- Own finance operations — AP/AR, general ledger, monthly close, and statutory/internal/tax audits.
- Oversee payroll finance operations, including HRMS–payroll vendor reconciliation and PF/statutory dues.
- Build financial controls, SOPs, and approval matrices suited to a scaling company.
- Support fundraising and investor reporting as needed.
- Build and lead the finance team as the company scales.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
- 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in a startup or high-growth company; agritech, FMCG, retail, or logistics background is a plus.




- Proven experience driving financial operations through technology — ERP/finance systems, automation, and dashboards that improve accuracy and turnaround time.
- Hands-on experience managing books of accounts at 200 Cr–500 Cr revenue scale.
- Track record of leading statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end with clean outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to run finance operations end-to-end without friction — close, compliance, and reporting operating smoothly on a predictable cadence.
- Experience building and leading a finance team, with clear ownership and accountability across the function.
- Strong grip on multi-state statutory compliance, particularly Maharashtra and UP.
- Comfortable operating hands-on in a lean team — not only at a strategic level.
