Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and Screening:

Actively identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Candidate Assessment:

Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), and administer assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.

- Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

- Offer Management:

Negotiate salary and benefits packages, prepare offer letters, and facilitate pre-boarding formalities.

- Talent Pipeline:

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, including networking and employer branding initiatives.

- Onboarding:

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

- Reporting and Analysis:





Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on hiring performance.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience: Any Industry with 1-3 years of Experience, Power Distribution/ Infrastructure or EPC industry Experience will be preferable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and establish positive relationships.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills for managing salary and perks expectations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and track key recruitment metrics.
- Networking: Strong networking skills to build and maintain a talent pipeline.
