Role & responsibilities

International Marketing & Business Development

- Assist in developing and executing international marketing strategies.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in overseas markets.
- Correspond professionally with international buyers and respond to enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, presentations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs and buyer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers.

Export Coordination

- Assist in preparing export documentation and commercial correspondence.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
- Maintain records related to customer communication, orders and shipments.
- Support day-to-day international business operations.

Preferred candidate profile





- Good understanding of international business and global trade.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and international commercial practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn and willing to take responsibility.
