About the role:

Beautywise is a quick-growing beauty & personal care brand selling across D2C (Shopify), marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central / FBA), and a B2B. We're hiring a Finance Manager to own end-to-end book keeping and MIS/reporting for timely and accurate reporting of books of accounts.

Responsibilities:

. Core Accounting & Ledger Maintenance

- Tally Bookkeeping: Maintain daily books of accounts in Tally, including Cash Book, Bank Book, Journals, Rectifications, Trial Balance, and General Ledgers.
- Register Management: Maintain and review the Fixed Asset Register, Purchase Register, Sales Register, and Salaries ledger.
- Closings: Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring absolute data accuracy for final PnL, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet& MIS Preparation.

2. Sales, Payout & Inventory Reconciliation

- B2C and B2B: Track and reconcile sales, marketplace fees, deductions, and payouts across, D2C website, Marketplace and Quick Commerce Channels and B2B Channels
- Inventory Control:



Manage opening and closing stock records and perform regular inventory reconciliations across warehouses/dark stores.
- AP & AR: Process vendor invoices, verify expense receipts, coordinate timely payments, and actively track outstanding receivables to support healthy cash flow.

3. Statutory Compliance & Audits

- Taxation: Execute monthly compliance tasks, ensuring accurate calculations and timely filings for GST, TDS, and e-commerce TCS.
- Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.

4. Financial Reporting & Modeling (Addition)

- MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, including monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, and core business KPIs.
- Projections & Decisions: Build basic financial models and cash flow projections to assist the leadership team in strategic decision-making.
- Capital Raising: Aid in investor projections, fund raising through debt and other means of capital.
