Role & responsibilities
- Make quotations and proposals as per customer requirements.
- Enter sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally.
- Maintain basic accounting records and daily entries.
- Prepare invoices and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Organize and maintain documents and records.
- Assist with day-to-day office and administrative work.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of voucher entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt & Journal).
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to prepare quotations accurately.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
