Civil Engineer Business Development

Location - Noida

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (female candidates preferred)
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Civil Engineering
- Prior experience in Business Development and PMC (mandatory)
- Must have prior experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects, with exposure to PMC consultancy and site execution/supervision

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support preparation and drafting of RFPs and EOIs for infrastructure and donorfunded projects
- Develop methodologies, technical approaches, and specifications for bids
- Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance to stakeholders
- Oversee complete project lifecycle from planning to completion
- Ensure adherence to schedules, specifications, and safety standards
- Review contractors’ documents (ESMP, QA/QC,



work programs, IPCs)
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and technical reviews
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates
- Draft detailed project reports for clients/donors (ADB, World Bank, etc.)
- Maintain project documentation and databases
- Ensure compliance with international/national standards (BS, ASTM, IS, AS, NZS)
- Supervise and monitor project teams, liaise with consultants/clients/contractors
- Oversee construction activities and ensure methodology aligns with approved specifications
