Shift Timings & week off : US / UK Rotational Shifts & Rotational offs
Working days: 5
Transport: Both way cabs

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via voice / chat for international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and qualified manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics,
including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support/International BPO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
