We are looking for Area Operations Managers for Surendranagar, Gurgaon and Noida location.

Desired Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification/Work Experience

- Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 6-12 years of experience in Banking/NBFC Home Loan Operations.
- Minimum 3-5 years in a team handling
- Strong exposure to Home Loan processing, sanctions, disbursement, documentation, and post-disbursement activities.
- Experience in managing multiple branches/locations preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of Home Loan operational processes and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in credit documentation, property legal and technical processes, and disbursement controls.
- Sound understanding of RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to drive process standardization and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and digital loan management systems.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end home loan operations across the assigned area.
- Ensure timely login,



processing, sanction documentation, and disbursement of loan cases.
- Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and service quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage branch operations teams and provide training and guidance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, Risk, and Central Operations teams.
- Review operational MIS, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle escalations and ensure superior customer experience.
- Ensure portfolio quality through strong operational controls.
