ETL Tester - Senior Engineer

- 5-8 years of experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience in testing Data Pipelines built on Databricks.
- Strong expertise in source-to-target data validation and reconciliation testing.
- Experience in validating ETL transformations, business rules, and data quality checks.
- Hands-on experience in Reporting/Dashboard Testing (Build on Sigma or similar BI tools).
- Robust experience in test automation using PySpark for data validation.
- Experience working with Delta Lake and large-volume data testing in Databricks environments.
- Ability to analyze requirement documents and source-to-target mapping specifications to design test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.




- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills: Exposure to GenAI Assistant (Claud, Copilot), Python, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), CI/CD practices, and version control tools such as Git.
