We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our Inbound Sales & Upselling process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to upsell products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Promote and upsell relevant products/services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Achieve sales and performance targets.
Eligibility:
- UG/Graduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 12 months of customer service/sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in the US shift (starting from 6 PM).
Compensation & Advantages:
- Salary up to 28,000 (12+ months experience) / 32,000 (18+ months experience).
- Attractive PLI and lucrative performance incentives.
- Both-side cab facility.
- Location: Noida.
