Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and deliver comprehensive networking training programs for individuals and groups.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on various networking topics, including protocols and architectures.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop current training content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking trends and technologies to ensure training programs remain relevant.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including protocols and architectures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with networking equipment and software, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot network issues.
