Location: Noida Sector 16

Working Hours: aligned with UK/Europe

timezone 1pm- 10 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Cab: Drop Facility for females only.

As a UK/Europe IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions for clients based in the UK and across Europe.

The role includes:

- Managing complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Sourcing candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, CW Jobs, JobServe, Reed, Total Jobs, etc.), social media, databases, and referrals
- Building and maintaining solid working relationships with candidates and clients




- Submitting suitable profiles and ensuring timely feedback and coordination for interviews
- Understanding UK/EU employment laws, work permit requirements (Right to Work), and compliance matters
- Strategizing talent acquisition plans as per client needs and market trends
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Experience: Prior IT recruitment experience (UK/Europe market is mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of recruitment fundamentals and sourcing techniques
- Strong knowledge of UK/EU employment regulations and Right to Work rules is an added advantage
- Passionate about international recruitment and working with global clients
