AGM/GM - Quantity Surveyor / Billing

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor/Billing -AGM/GM to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project billing, cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity surveying to ensure cost-effective and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Manage and verify contractor/vendor bills and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and consultants for bill certification and quantity validations.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and quality standards.




- Track and control project costs to ensure completion within the approved budget.
- Evaluate and manage change orders and claims.
- Maintain documentation of measurements, site records, and reconciliation statements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing in the Real Estate industry.
- Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and billing norms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP, Far vision etc.) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Salary: As per industry standards
