- Experience: Freshers Only
- Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (1st & 3rd Saturdays and All Sundays Off)
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

About the Role:

NCR Eduservices is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented English Evaluators to join our growing team. As an English Evaluator, you will review and assess recorded reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native English-speaking teachers from the United States and the United Kingdom. Your evaluations and constructive feedback will play a key role in maintaining high academic standards and ensuring quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions using predefined quality standards.
- Assess teacher performance based on established evaluation rubrics.
- Provide explicit, constructive, and actionable feedback to improve teaching quality.
- Maintain accurate evaluation records and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to maintain evaluation accuracy.
- Apply phonics knowledge while reviewing pronunciation and reading sessions.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics,



or a related discipline.
- Only freshers are eligible to apply. Candidates with prior work experience are not eligible.
- Good understanding of English grammar, pronunciation, and phonics.
- Familiarity with US and UK phonics standards is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to quality evaluation processes.

Technical Requirements:

- Personal Laptop/Desktop (Intel i5/i7 processor or equivalent recommended).
- Functional webcam and headset/microphone.
- Stable high-speed Wi-Fi/internet connection.
- Reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted work during scheduled hours.
