Role Overview

- We are seeking a senior 3D Designer with a proven portfolio in event design, experiential spaces, or large-format advertising.
- This role is central to our creative output conceptualizing and delivering world-class 3D visualizations, stage designs, set builds, immersive environments, and event installations for some of Indias most prestigious clients and occasions.
- You will work closely with the Creative Head and Production teams to translate client briefs into photorealistic 3D concepts and production-ready design packages.



The ideal candidate has worked at a leading event management company or advertising/creative agency and has industry recognition for their design work.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Set Design

- Design large-scale event environments including conference stages, award ceremony sets, product launch arenas, government summits, pavilions, and outdoor activations.
- Develop layout plans, scenic design, and structural configurations that align with venue specifications.
- Work with fabrication and production teams to ensure accurate translation of 3D designs into physical builds.

3D Concept Design & Visualisation

- Conceptualise and develop photorealistic 3D renders for event sets, stage designs, exhibition pavilions, brand activations, and experiential installations.
- Create detailed 3D walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and presentation visuals for client pitches and internal reviews.
- Translate creative briefs and mood boards into compelling 3D design concepts that are both visually impactful and production-feasible.

Technical Skills

- Expert-level proficiency in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent 3D modeling software.
- Advanced rendering skills using V-Ray, Corona, Redshift, or similar render engines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for post-production and presentation.
- Knowledge of lighting design principles and how to simulate realistic event lighting in 3D environments.
- Familiarity with immersive walkthroughs is a plus.
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication (English & Hindi)
