Job title: Staff - NOIDA - Record to Report

Job purpose

This position is responsible for assisting the Record to Report (R2R) team with various accounting processes, including

- Journal Entry Processing
- Account Reconciliations
- Financial Reporting Support

Responsibilities

- Support Record to Report (R2R) activities, including journal entry processing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and accounting guidelines to prevent errors and compliance issues during processing.
- Adhere to defined processes and timelines for reports and schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Update and maintain dashboards to track the progress of R2R activities and the status of multi-country engagements.
- Provide prompt and comprehensive responses to queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to R2R processes.

Functional & Technical skills





- Experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes, with expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Journal entry processing
- Account reconciliations
- Financial reporting support

- Experience in process transition and adaptation to current systems or tools.
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes.
- Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP) is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office packages.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 or SAP (or similar financial systems).
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

- B. Com/M.Com/Pursuing ACCA, CA intermediate with 1-4 years of relevant accounting experience
