Job Summary:-

We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Territory Manager Retail & Distribution to drive sales growth, expand the dealer and distributor network, and strengthen our retail presence within the assigned territory. The role involves developing channel partners, increasing secondary sales, driving market penetration, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales targets.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and installers.
- Expand market presence through channel development and business acquisition.
- Drive secondary sales, product availability, and retail visibility.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Organize dealer meets, product demonstrations,



promotional campaigns, and technical training programs.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and recommend growth strategies.
- Ensure timely collections by coordinating with Finance and channel partners.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts, and territory performance reports.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical, and Customer Support teams for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualification:-

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience:-

- 4-10 years of experience in Territory Sales, Channel Sales, Retail Sales, or Distribution Sales.
- Experience in Solar PV Modules, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Power Equipment, Batteries, Inverters, Switchgear, or Cables preferred.
- Proven track record in dealer/distributor network expansion and achieving sales targets.
