We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead with 68 years of expertise in leadership hiring and niche talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring senior and specialized professionals across technical and business functions while partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify high-caliber talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Drive stakeholder management, recruitment planning, and hiring strategy discussions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and executive search techniques.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track hiring metrics, market trends, and competitor intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.




- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to leadership hiring and niche hiring.
- Strong experience in team management.
- Demonstrated success in closing senior-level and specialized roles.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to hiring for AI-driven organizations, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & AI, or Audit Engineering companies will be a strong advantage.
- Experience recruiting for emerging technologies and specialized technical domains is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
