Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer with strong expertise in the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) suite. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and supporting SPM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline project and portfolio management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SPM/ITBM solutions.
- Implement and support Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes.
- Configure and customize Demand Management, Resource Management, Financial Management, and Portfolio Management modules.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and IntegrationHub.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support Agile project delivery and participate in sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.




- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance following ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of strong experience with the ServiceNow platform and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) modules.
- Solid expertise in:
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Demand Management
- Resource Management
- Financial Management
- Portfolio Management

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript , ServiceNow Scripting , and Flow Designer .
- Experience with REST APIs , SOAP Web Services , and IntegrationHub .
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience creating Reports , Dashboards , and Performance Analytics .
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) .
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) .
- Experience with:
- Agile Development
- Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules
