Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting leads into paidcustomers through outbound and inbound calling. You will play a key role indriving revenue by counseling students/parents and helping them choose the rightcourse.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with leads generated through digital and offline channels

Understand student/parent requirements and recommend suitable courses

Drive end-to-end sales conversion (lead demo purchase)

Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and sales reports in CRM

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle objections and provide proper guidance to prospects

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have Skills

Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Convincing and negotiation skills

Ability to handle pressure and targets

Basic understanding of sales process

Good-to-Have Experience in EdTech / Telecalling / Inside Sales

Familiarity with CRM tools

Understanding of competitive exams (JNV, Sainik School, etc.)

Qualification

Graduate (any stream)

Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

0-3 years (EdTech or Sales experience preferred)

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
