- As a Senior Consultant in SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service, you will be responsible for driving excellence in service management across the organisation. Your role will involve configuring and deploying SAP Service modules, ensuring their optimal alignment with business objectives to support enterprise-wide growth.
- You will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and provide subject matter expertise to deliver impactful solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Service Management module by leveraging SAP S/4HANA's advanced functionalities to enhance organisational productivity and drive long-term business growth.
- Manage the creation and validation of comprehensive functional specifications for key business initiatives,



ensuring alignment with strategic organisational objectives.
- Evaluate and optimise business processes to ensure successful project delivery and facilitate effective knowledge transfer across the enterprise.

Skills and attributes for success

- Extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service modules.
- Comprehensive understanding of service-oriented business processes including in-house repair, field service repair, workshop repair, service contract-based repair, and execution order procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of service quotations, service contracts, service orders, service order confirmation, maintenance service orders, and recurring services.
- Demonstrated experience as a Lead in at least one SAP S/4HANA Service implementation project.
- Solid proficiency in cross-topic integration with FICO, SD, MM, PM, CATS, and related modules.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to service management systems.
- Capacity to manage and engage business stakeholders with professionalism.
- Deep configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service.
