Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Role & responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements for permanent and contract-to-hire positions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Preferred candidate profile
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably specializing in IT or technical recruiting.
- Robust understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skillsets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
