We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Tech Lead to support stabilization of SailPoint IIQ environments. The role will lead technical execution across environment assessment, Production baseline comparison, artifact migration, tokenization, configuration alignment, cleanup, validation support, and defect remediation.

The candidate should have strong hands-on IIQ development and administration experience, along with the ability to coordinate with IIQ Architects, Developers, Admins, QA, DBA, change management, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Compare SailPoint IdentityIQ environments configurations to identify gaps, inconsistencies, stale artifacts, and remediation needs.

- Support Production export package creation and controlled import execution into lower environments.

- Define and manage tokenization for environment-specific values such as URLs, credentials, SMTP, endpoints, certificates, and configuration references.

- Align core IIQ artifacts including Configuration objects, Rules, Workflows, IdentityTriggers, CorrelationConfigs, DynamicScopes, Custom objects, Password Policies, QuickLinks, Forms, Email Templates, and Certification Definitions.

- Support cleanup of stale or non-Production artifacts including outdated Certification Definitions, dev/test Rules, Workflows, TaskSchedules, Forms, Bundles, and DynamicScopes.

- Troubleshoot import failures, task failures, rule/workflow defects, configuration gaps, and environment-specific issues.

- Coordinate with IIQ Admins, Developers, QA, DBA, Change Manager, and Architect to ensure smooth execution and timely closure.





- Support validation of core IIQ flows including identity refresh, lifecycle events, access requests, approvals, provisioning, certifications, scheduled tasks, and regression scenarios.

- Prepare technical documentation, run books, import procedures, deviation logs, and setting readiness notes.

- Ensure changes follow proper backup, rollback, change control, validation, and sign-off processes.

Required Skills and Experience

- 7+ years of IAM experience with strong hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.

- 4+ years of IIQ development, configuration, implementation, or production support experience.

- Strong knowledge of IIQ Rules, Workflows, Forms, QuickLinks, Tasks, Certifications, Lifecycle Events, IdentityTriggers, Custom Objects, and Configuration objects.

- Hands-on experience with IIQ export/import, XML configuration, deployment, and environment migration activities.

- Good understanding of IIQ application onboarding, aggregation, correlation, provisioning, access request, approval, and certification processes.

- Ability to analyze configuration drift between environments and define practical remediation actions.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for IIQ task failures, workflow issues, rule defects, provisioning errors, and import/export problems.

- Working knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, REST/SOAP, JDBC connectors, and directory integrations.

- Experience working in Agile sprint-based delivery with clear ownership of technical deliverables.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical risks, dependencies, and remediation plans.
