About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager Gold Loan to drive the growth, development, and management of our Gold Loan portfolio. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in gold loan products, market analysis, product strategy, process optimization, and portfolio management within the Microfinance, NBFC, or Banking sector.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement product strategies for the Gold Loan business.
- Design and enhance Gold Loan products based on market trends and customer needs.
- Monitor product performance, profitability, and portfolio quality.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Credit, Technology, and Sales teams for seamless product implementation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to Gold Loan operations.
- Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Prepare product MIS,



performance reports, and business insights for management review.
- Support branch teams with product training, process guidance, and business development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation within the Gold Loan business.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Gold Loan.
- Strong understanding of Gold Loan operations, valuation processes, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
