Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS to handle escalations, build secure and scalable cloud solutions, and support deployment and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve escalated cloud support tickets (L3 level)

- Design and build AWS cloud solutions tailored to client-specific requirements

- Execute deployment and migration activities across cloud environments

- Ensure customer environments are scalable, highly available, and secure

- Implement and enforce AWS and Azure best practices

- Monitor, manage, and enhance cloud security and performance

Azure Responsibilities

- Work with Azure Security Center and Azure Monitor

- Hands-on troubleshooting of VNet / Gateway Subnet / VPN / Load Balancers (Global Native)

- Experience with UDR and Service Tags

- Manage backup policies and enhancements

- Implement Azure Policy and Management Groups

- Develop and manage Runbooks and automation scripts





- Configure and troubleshoot PaaS services (SQL, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.)

- Experience with Service Endpoints and Private Endpoints

- Knowledge of Auto Scaling, Scale Sets, Availability Zones, and Availability Sets

- Manage App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, Azure AD, and Azure MFA

- Ensure security posture and compliance standards

- Strong background in Active Directory services (DNS, DHCP, DFS)

Tools Technologies

- AWS Cloud Services

- Microsoft Azure Cloud Services

Certifications (Preferred)

- AWS Certified Cloud Architect

- Azure Certified Cloud Architect
